Diplomacy Hasher
Commit to your orders before the deadline — reveal them after.
One row per unit. Incomplete rows are skipped from the hash.
Orders are locked after copying the hash. Unlock to edit them.
A random salt is generated by default. Randomize again at the start of each new round — but never after you've shared the hash, or your reveal won't verify.
Share this only at the end of the round — it contains your salt, so revealing it early defeats the commitment.
Publish this before the end of the round as your commitment. It reveals nothing about your orders on its own.
